Here are Our 4 Investment Plans:

1. “Invest Money Option”

WIth this option, you invest money and get paid interest on that money. Invest $5,000 to $500,000 or more for 1 year and we will pay you 1% per month on that investment or 12% annual interest per year! Simply, you write a check to Sanford REI, do nothing and earn 1% per month or 12% per year at the end of our term. At the end of the term year, you can get paid in full (your Principal + Interest), get paid just the Interest and reinvest some or all of your Principal OR reinvest all of it for another year!*

2. “Order The Services You Want Option”

With this option, you will be given a Pricing List and you will choose what services you want. You will then pre-pay for them and the services will be provided. This area of our business includes the "Mentoring/Consulting" services too. Click the Button at the bottom of this page and we will email you our Contact Form to get started. Once we get that back, we will email you our Pricing List. Complete the Pricing Sheet and we will then send you a 1 -2 page Contract and off we go!

3. “50/50 Shared Real Estate Option”

You put in 50% of all costs, we put in 50% of all costs on our next flip. We handle the entire “flip” or wholesale of the property. You are a silent partner. We handle and oversee all of the work on our next property. We determine whether to Wholesale or Flip it. After all costs, including but not limited to all loans, rehab costs, payroll, expenses, carry costs and closing costs are deducted at closing, you get your initial investment back PLUS 12% Annual Interest OR 20% of the net profit, whichever is HIGHER! We get 80% of the net profit. Here’s the best part! At closing, you get paid your share before Sanford REI gets paid! This maximizes everything for you!*

4. “100/0 Shared Real Estate Option”

You put in 100% of all costs, we put in 0% of all costs on our next flip. We handle the entire “flip” or wholesale of the property. You are a silent partner. We handle and oversee all of the work on our next property. We determine whether to Wholesale or Flip it. After all costs, including but not limited to all loans, rehab costs, payroll, expenses, carry costs and closing costs are deducted at closing, you get your initial investment back PLUS 12% Annual Interest OR 50% of the net profit, whichever is HIGHER! We get 50% of the net profit. Here’s the best part! At closing, you get paid your share before Sanford REI gets paid! This maximizes everything for you!*
