Options 1 & 2 offer a TARGET MINIMUM of 12% Annual Interest on your money when you invest in Sanford Real Estate & Investment, LLC.

Here are Our 2 EASY Investment Plans:

1. “ Regular Investor Option”*

With this option, you may invest whatever amount of money you feel comfortable with and get paid 1% monthly interest only checks on that money. Investment minimum is $5,000. You may invest any amount up to covering the full cost of our next investment property and do so for 1 year and we will pay you 1% per month on that investment = 12% annual interest per year! Simply, you write a check to Sanford REI, do nothing and earn AND RECEIVE 1% per month Interest Only Checks until the end of our one year term. You are a Silent Partner. We do everything! We also include a Property Address on our Contract so you can feel more secure by having the option to file your own lien if you feel you need it! At the end of the 12 month period, you will receive your full principal back, you can reinvest some of your principal or reinvest all of your principal back into one of our next investment properties along with a new Contract! So, for example, if you invested $10,000, you would receive a monthly interest check of $100, each month, for a year! This equates to $1,200 in interest on only a $10,000 investment! As of September, 2025, Chase Bank and Bank of America banks are only offering 1% Interest per year which is only $100 for the whole year! Cardone is only paying 5% so you would only receive $500 for the entire year. Again, we would pay you $1,200 in interest for the year on only a $10,000 investment!*

2. “Dominant Investor Option”*

A "Dominant Investor" is one that will cover all costs on our next investment property. The amount will vary but let John know if you are interested in covering the full cost of 1 of our next investment properties! As a Dominant Investor, you will invest 100% of all costs, we put in 0% of all costs on our next investment property. You are a silent partner. We handle and oversee ALL of the work on our next investment property. We determine whether to Wholesale it, Flip it or Buy & Hold/Refinance It. You will receive ALL of the benefits of Option #1 above PLUS you will also receive 2 fantastic Bonuses! As a Dominant Investor, you will also receive 2 points as soon as your investment check clears. 2 Points means 2% of whatever the total investment amount you invested! For example, if you invested $100,000 as a Dominant Investor, you will receive a $2,000 BONUS AS SOON AS YOUR CHECK CLEARS! The 2nd Bonus as a Dominant Investor is you will receive a 1st Lien Position, in YOUR name, on our Property, with US PAYING FOR IT! THAT's RIGHT! AMAZING DOMINANT INVESTOR TERMS! 2 points upfront, 12% Annual Interest, a 1 Page Contract that lists the Property on it AND a 1st lien position filed AND PAID FOR by USI!!! NOBODY does this! NO-BOD-EEE!!

When one of the following occurs first: (a) resell/"Flip", (b) we refinance, (c) we wholesale or (d) the full term year has passed, you will receive back your Principal. You can receive your full principal back, reinvest some of your principal or reinvest all of your principal back into our next investment property along with a new Contract! YOUR CHOICE!*

“Order The Services You Want Option”*

With this option, you are not necessarily investing into 1 of our properties but rather you will choosing what services you want from our Pricing List. Within this Pricing List includes the VERY POPULAR "Mentoring/Consulting" time blocks you can choose from too! The more time you pre-pay for, the lower the hourly charge will be! BUT FIRST, follow these steps!

1. Click the Button at the bottom of this page to be connected to our Contact Us page.

2. When you get to our Contact Us Page, complete & submit our Contact Form.

3. Once we receive the completed Contact Form back from you, we will set up a file for you and email you back, Thanking You and include a Link for our Pricing List. We will then set up a FREE Initial consultation call with you of up to 15 minutes!

4. When we receive your completed Pricing List back, we will then email you our 1 Page Contract.

5. Complete the 1 Page Contract by reviewing it, signing and dating it and email it back to us in a PDF format.

6. Once we received the fully signed and dated Contract back from you, we will ask you to process your payment through our Sanford REI Link Tree and off we go!!!*
