For over 40 years, beginning in the mid-1980s, I read every real estate book I could get my hands on, bought every real estate cassette tape, CD and real estate course I could find - From Carleton Sheets to Dean Graziosi to Robert Kiyosaki to Ken McElroy to Donald Trump. I graduated from Trump University and then began driving and flying over the United States to every real estate seminar I could find including Robyn Thompson, Armando Montelongo, The Esajian Brothers with Than Merrill and MORE watching every real estate flipping show and investing show I could find, especially on A&E and HGTV!

Beginning in 1991, I spent more than 20 years in civil litigation with many of those years handling foreclosures and foreclosure litigation cases! As a litigation paralegal, it prepared me extremely well to be organized, detailed oriented and multi-task. This included taking the leadership role in handling all sorts of litigation files in 4 different states including working on death cases, the Exxon Valdez Appeal case and a 1.2 Billion dollar class action suit against Phoenix Home Life Insurance Company so being organized, detailed oriented, taking charge and being accountable was something I did every day for decades!

If the above wasn't enough, in 2007, I went and got my real estate agent license in Connecticut. From 2007 through 2014, I was a real estate agent and in 2014, I took even more classes and got my real estate broker’s license which ran from 2014 to 2025 when I retired from the Connecticut Board Of Realtors. For 18 years, I represented buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions that were on the MLS in Connecticut. I did not rest then either! In January, 2015, I began investing and “flipping” properties and to date, have seen double digit profits on every deal except two where we had single digit profits! So even when things went horribly wrong “flipping”, I STILL NEVER LOST MONEY ON ANY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND NEITHER HAVE MY HARD MONEY OR PRIVATE MONEY INVESTORS EITHER!
